Meet your Hosts

Marcel Korte is an experienced professional navigator and a specialist in meteorology as well as electronics and IT.

He regularly takes part in the worlds major yachts racing events or provides weather routing to winning teams racing across the Atlantic. With more than fifteen years of experience on double-handed and Grand Prix offshore racing yachts, including Lady Mariposa and Black Jack, he brings deep technical and tactical expertise to high-performance sailing projects.

Josh Weber

Joshua is a navigator and offshore sailor with experience across high-performance inshore and offshore racing. He currently navigates the TP52 Red Bandit and has multiple major wins, including overall victory at the 2024 Rolex Middle Sea Race. Through Offwatch Labs, he turns real race experience into practical, structured learning for ambitious offshore sailors.
