I’m Joshua Weber, a navigator and offshore sailor from Munich with a background in boatbuilding and a lifelong fascination with meteorology, navigation, and the fine details that make boats go fast. I started sailing on Lake Starnberg in 2008 and worked my way from small local boats to the international offshore circuit, discovering my passion for navigation early on.

Since 2021, I’ve been navigating the TP52 Red Bandit, earning wins at Copa del Rey, the Giraglia, and the Rolex Middle Sea Race. With five Middle Sea Races completed and years of navigating at the highest level, I now share the systems, tools, and lessons that shaped my own journey through coaching and training programmes.
